Matthew’s commercial property practice predominantly deals with acquisition, disposal and leasing of large and often complex landholdings. He also has considerable experience in acting as property support in large corporate transactions, both in terms of leasing and asset disposal. He acts for a wide range of clients, from individuals, small owner-managed businesses, developers, investors, SIPP providers and funders, up to large multinational organisations.
He has a particular interest and experience in commercial leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing. He also acts for a number of commercial developers and housebuilders in the acquisition, site assembly and disposal of both commercial and housing developments.
