Having grown up in Stirling, Baljinder moved to Glasgow following her qualification into the profession but returned to live and work locally some years later. Baljinder joined Kerr Stirling in March 2024 and has over 20 years’ experience in a broad range of commercial property matters. Her areas of speciality are commercial acquisitions and disposals, land & property development, assisting commercial property developers, acting for lenders in repossession sales and acting for both Landlords and Tenants in leasing transactions.
